• Deliver and improve our customer’s shopping experience. Specifically:
  • Process, verify, deliver orders. 
  • Understand product preferences.
  • Market / customer research (aggregated).
  • Regulatory/legal compliance.
  • Segmented / customized marketing, communications and online experiences. 

Information is collected in accordance with the AGLC Cannabis Privacy Policy and under the authority of s.33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta (FOIP Act). 

The information is only used and retained as outlined above or as required by section 35 of the FOIP Act.

Information is stored in secure Canadian data centres administered by our web hosting company GrayCyan.com, where access is limited to administrators with appropriate clearances and security protocols.

We use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics) to automatically collect a limited amount of information to assess our website’s performance and audience behaviour. Analytics are used to make the visitor experience better over time and to validate our visibility /digital footprint.
